Shipping Notes

Our preferred transport company (TNT) can only deliver to a business address where a signature as proof of delivery can be made during normal business hours.You can elect to collect from your local TNT depot.

The only exception to this is if your order is small enough to be sent with Australia Post.

Less than 20kg and less than 1 metre long and less than 1.4 metre all round.

If you are not home you will need to collect your order from your local Post Office.

The Shopping Cart should calculate these orders automatically and add the AP cost to the total.

We are happy to arrange freight with our transport company on your behalf and we will quote you on our costs before processing your order.We insure all our shipments for the cost of the goods.

You are welcome to arrange your own local transport company to collect your order.This can be cheaper for you than what we can arrange and you have full control on timing and placement.We will let you know when the order is ready to collect.

Large items such as counters and slat-panel may need a forklift to unload.This is your responibility to arrange.

Any redirection or extra unloading charges will be at your cost.
